Warranty
Dhaka Audio follows fair guidelines on Return, Warranty & Refund issues. We try to give our best solution on every issue. Our customer service department works 24/7 to solve the problems. The Ratio of Return, Warranty & Refund is very low but if any inconsistency happens then we try to give solution within 24 hour.
Warranty provided by Dhaka Audio:
- All products purchased through Dhakaaudio.com have 07 days replacement warranty starting from date of purchase.
- Only applicable if there is any manufacturing defect.
- Inform us within 07 days
- If 07 days exceed then NO claim will be accepted.
- Only one-time REPLACEMENT warranty can enjoy a customer during the whole warranty period.
If customer claims warranty then Replaced - product will be checked by Dhaka Audio and will send it to customer. It means product will not be INTACT 2nd time.
Warranty provided by Parent’s company:
- If you purchase any product which has Warranty from parent’s company then customer will get warranty according their policies.
- Just inform us within warranty period after that we will inform the procedure of how to claim the warranty.
Shipping cost during warranty period:
- Customer will bear the shipping cost for claiming the warranty.
- Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
- If Customer gets a refund then shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
