The Ratio of Return, Warranty & Refund is very low but if any inconsistency happens then we try to give solution within 24 hour.
Return:
Changes his/her mind:
- Inform us we will try to do our level best.
Wrong product delivered:
- Must inform us immediately
- Don’t break the seal or product’s packet.
- Try to match with invoice
- We will bear the whole shipping cost
Received damaged product:
- Must inform us on delivery date.
- Take picture of unboxing
- Make sure presence of delivery man
- We will bear the whole delivery cost
Quality Issue:
- Dhaka Audio is not manufacturer of any product so NO RETURN will be allowed if you don’t like the quality of your ordered product.
