The Ratio of Return, Warranty & Refund is very low but if any inconsistency happens then we try to give solution within 24 hour.

Return:

Changes his/her mind:

1. Inform us we will try to do our level best.

Wrong product delivered:

1. Must inform us immediately
2. Don’t break the seal or product’s packet.
3. Try to match with invoice
4. We will bear the whole shipping cost

Received damaged product:

1. Must inform us on delivery date.
2. Take picture of unboxing
3. Make sure presence of delivery man
4. We will bear the whole delivery cost

Quality Issue:

1. Dhaka Audio is not manufacturer of any product so NO RETURN will be allowed if you don’t like the quality of your ordered product.
