Dhaka Audio follows fair guidelines on Return, Warranty & Refund issues. We try to give our best solution on every issue. Our customer service department works 24/7 to solve the problems. The Ratio of Return, Warranty & Refund is very low but if any inconsistency happens then we try to give solution within 24 hour.

Refund:

• If unavailable the replacement then refund will be issued
• If cancel the order before shipped
• Refund will be return within 7-10 workings days
• Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
• If Customer gets a refund then shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
